  I ordered from this company weeks before my wedding date. I was assured I would receive my linens in time for my big day. The linens never showed up and I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the numbers they gave me to contact. The day of my wedding, someone had to go and get all new linens for the hall. When I tried calling the company, they said someone had tried to deliever in the wee hours of the morning at my reception hall...? Of course no one saw this mystery delivery person. And less than an hour before people were to arrive, they showed up and tried to give us the linens. We sent them back. When I called and asked them to give me a full refund, she said that they tried to deliver the linens and we declined them! What a joke! You call delivering your product less than an hour before people show up satisfactory?! She said that she's not giving me a refund (for linens never touched, opened or used) because it is "not her problem." Well, it sure is your problem when I spread the word how absolutely horrible my experience was with this company, the added stress they presented me with on my big day and week, the disrespectful and severe lack of empathy of their customer service dishes out, and never a kind word of recommendation that I will share with anyone who lends an ear. Big, big mistake with someone who has been involved with such a high volume of weddings this year and the ones soon to follow! Customers...beware, save yourself and your wallet the headache and spend your dollar elsewhere!
